چکیده

Background: Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are multipotent that can differentiate into several cell types including chondrocytes and osteocytes. The process of differentiation such tissues is aided by transcription factors collagen gene markers. Collagen biosynthesis influenced the presence vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) ascorbic acid cofactors prolyl hydroxylase 2 (PHD2) enzyme found in human receptors. focus this study evaluation how silico methods elucidate effect on PHD2 its expression. This aimed to evaluate role interaction with (in silico) expression type 1 (COL1), (COL2), VEGF. Methods: technique molecular docking consisted three steps: preparation receptors using AutoDock tools, ligand Vina. results were visualized pyMOL BIOVIA discovery studio. Furthermore, vitro MSCs from adipose tissue isolated characterized based protein marker supplementation (50 100 mg/mL) was evaluated mRNA ratio VEGF/COL1, VEGF/COL2, COL2/COL1. Results: Molecular resulted nine poses. third pose chosen because it had an affinity -5.7 kcal/mol a root-mean-square deviation (RMSD) 1.96, indicating valid result. Meanwhile, 2D conformer showed van der Waals bonds Tyr303 Try329 residues. differentiated adipocytes, chondrocytes, Regarding expression, at 50 mg/ml there increase VEGF/COL1 VEGF/COL2 ratios decrease COL2/COL1 compared control; both (VEGF/COL1 COL2/COL1), continued increase. Conclusions: In between acid, which studied via bioinformatics, stable good position. Further studies would support influence factors, markers, MSCs.

a frame semantic approach to the study of translating cultural scripts in salingers franny and zooey

the frame semantic theory is a nascent approach in the area of translation studies which goes beyond the linguistic barriers and helps us to incorporate cognitive and cultural factors to the study of translation. based on rojos analytical model (2002b), which centered in the frames or knowledge structures activated in the text, the present research explores the various translation problems that...
